Questions and Answers

Q1. What is Spiritual and Expression?

A1. My life coaching utilizes art as a key method for conveying messages. Expressing our thoughts and feelings enhances communication with ourselves and others. Spirituality is about the connection you have with your inner self, and art can help facilitate that journey. Additionally, art transcends language barriers.

Q2. What is the definition of art in this context?

A2.  In this context, art refers to any creative outlet that opens possibilities, calms distractions, sharpens focus, communicates with ourselves and others, and promotes goals. This program’s art will engage all the senses and encourage exploration. Engaging actively with our hands, eyes, or imagination gives deeper meaning to the message, allowing it to endure longer while releasing negative energy and fostering positive energy.

Q3. Who is the target audience for this program?

Q3. The program is designed for everyone. Various sessions and projects aim to create a safe and welcoming space for individuals to discover which art-themed focus resonates with them. Whether it's painting for joy and harmony or exploring fiber arts and scent recipes, participants can uncover more about themselves and their surroundings through new creative avenues. If even one person has a positive experience, the program is worthwhile.

Q4. Why avoid religious and political discussions?

A4. Addressing these topics can complicate the creation of a safe and welcoming environment for all. If they arise, they should only be addressed in general terms. For, if creating a politically or religiously themed sketch brings you comfort and relaxation, it is less likely to negatively affect others since it occurs in the privacy of own space. A deeper exploration of these topics could risk diminishing inclusivity.

Q5. Do I have a personal position on religion and politics?

A5. Yes, I do have personal views. However, they will not influence Spiritual Art and Expression. This space must remain safe and inviting, encouraging everyone—even those who may struggle—to become their best selves. Growth and learning are essential, and fosters transformation. I, too, am learning and growing as a spiritual person. Strong opinions can find other platforms for expression.

Q6. What types of art and projects will be included in this program?

A6. The program will explore fiber arts, painting, drawing, sewing, origami, macrame, decoupage, scented recipes, textures, and more. The goal is to cater to everyone, whether they are trying something new or sticking to familiar practices, helping participants discover what expresses their spirituality.

Q7. What can be done with finished projects? You can display your work to reinforce the message and share your journey with others. Donating your project to someone or a charity fundraiser is another option. You can recycle the materials or reuse them create new art. Storing your work in a portfolio or as keepsakes allows you to treasure them later. Since the focus is on feelings and expression, most projects may not be gallery-worthy, but you are welcome to showcase them if you wish.

Q8. How is this program funded?

A8. The program is primarily self-funded, though this may change over time. Donations of materials have contributed, and items in the webpage shop include video rentals and coloring pages. There are no sponsors or ads currently; any ads seen while viewing the website or videos are from external sources, and I do not receive funding from them.

Q9. Why are there few actual art tutorials?

A9. The program focuses on individual spiritual growth through art as a medium. Many talented art tutors on platforms like YouTube can teach techniques far better than I can. I follow them for guidance in selecting colors and materials, and I do not compete with those who provide solely artistic instruction.

Q10. Is participation in projects mandatory during sessions?

A10. No, projects are presented to enhance communication and keep sessions engaging. They assist in exploring creative outlets and expressions. If you prefer to listen and work on something else, that's perfectly fine.

Q11. What will the campfire sessions involve?

A11. Some life coaching topics are challenging to cover through art presentations, yet they hold value in goal-setting and fostering positive energy. The hope is to adopt a podcast-style format, but it is still in development, as setting this up has proven more challenging than anticipated.

Q12. Why is there no webcam of my face in the videos?

A12. While many creators include a small image in the corner during presentations, my focus is on the message itself. I believe my image does not convey the topic or project, which I hope fosters a positive outcome. Additionally, I currently lack the equipment for such a setup. Q13. Where do I get ideas for sessions?

A13. Topic ideas stem from life coaching training and years of coaching experience, which help identify the strongest needs. Life experiences contribute insights, and I also consider requests for topics as well as relevant news and social media trends.

Q14. Will there be guest appearances or interviews?

A14. Yes, if I can arrange it. It’s a goal, but not an immediate priority. I need to acquire some equipment and practice editing videos or podcast formats.

Q15. Will the quality of these videos improve? A15. That's a valid question! I hope to soon obtain a better camera and software upgrade. I’m learning new techniques as I go and becoming more comfortable with presentations. I appreciate viewers’ patience as this process evolves.

Q16. Why is there no set schedule for publishing videos, blogs, and social media content?

A16. I share a home with others and must work around their schedules. Additionally, my health issues make firm schedules difficult. I chose this career partly for that reason. Technical difficulties and family commitments also contribute to delays, and as a one-person team, the editing and production process takes time. Q17. How can the public send questions, comments, or suggestions?

A17. On YouTube, I try to keep comments enabled. Blogs have comment sections, and there are links to social media for comments. The website includes a contact form, mailing address, and email. Discord allows participants to engage in a friendly environment.

Q18. Where can Spiritual Art and Expression be found?

A18. You can find it on YouTube, the website, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Discord.
